Online Coaching Plan 

Online coaching plan: £125 per month 

What is online coaching? 

Online coaching provides you with personalised support and guidance, delivered entirely digitally through the JG Golf Fitness App. With online coaching, you have the flexibility to access your coach’s expertise and support whenever and wherever is convenient for you.

The Online coaching includes: 
A custom programme built for you on my JG Golf Fitness App. This plan will be tailored to you and your needs, goals, experience levels, kit availability and time constraints. Each of these factors will be identified by your onboarding questionnaire and will adapt as you progress through your golf fitness journey. 
 
Technique feedback on any exercise videos you submit. With this, you can be assured you are performing moves safely and in an efficient manner. 
 
Weekly check ins and messaging support, to keep you accountable and on track and answer any questions you may have. 
 
Access to the clients only Facebook group with exclusive content to increase your knowledge levels. 
 
Information and guidance on lifestyle factors such as nutrition, hydration, and sleep, to help you both on and off the golf course. 
By signing up to online coaching, you will take a proactive and productive approach to your goals and fitness levels. The initial onboarding questionnaire will assess your current fitness and skill levels, while taking your lifestyle into account to tailor your training perfectly to you. 

Hybrid coaching plan 

Hybrid coaching plan: £145 per month 

What is hybrid coaching? 

Hybrid coaching combines the convenience of online coaching, with the benefit of in-person training sessions. Giving you the best of both worlds. With my hybrid coaching, you will receive personalised, digital guidance as well as face-to-face sessions for hands-on support, technique correction, and personalised feedback. 
Hybrid coaching includes: 
Receive all the benefits of the online coaching above, plus 2 hours in person coaching every 3 months. 
 
These 2 hours can be taken as one session or split into 2 X 1-hour sessions. Whichever you prefer and is most convenient for you. 
This hybrid membership is ideal for those who live a little too far away for the monthly in-person memberships, but still want to get some in-person training sessions together.
